Is Bookra available for download on the App Store?
Bookra is currently under review for the China App Store and not yet available there. However, it is available for download in all other countries and regions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Bookra > Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, you'll keep all your books but can only generate 2 AI insights per day. Books beyond the 30-book limit remain readable.
Is there a student discount?
We're working on special pricing for students and educators. Contact us at support@bookra.im with your student ID.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store, so any payment method accepted by Apple works for Bookra (credit cards, Apple Pay, App Store gift cards, etc.).
The free plan requires no paid subscription. Paid subscriptions have no free trial. Your regional App Store purchase sheet determines the price and currency.
